Personal data we process

When you visit this website, we may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referral URL, date and time of visit, and basic interaction data.

When you contact us or purchase a product, we may process your name, email address, business name, billing address, Company ID / IČO / VAT ID if provided, payment status, transaction identifiers, invoice details, support messages, and download/access information needed to deliver the purchased product.

Payments are completed on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing address, tax identification details, fraud-prevention data, and information needed to create receipts or invoices. We do not store full payment card numbers on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to operate and secure the website, provide downloads after purchase, process payments, collect billing and tax details, issue invoices or receipts, keep accounting records, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve the website experience.

The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as website security and fraud prevention, and consent for optional analytics through Smartlook.

Processors and services we use

Stripe is used to host the payment checkout, process payments, collect customer names, business names, billing addresses, Company ID / IČO / VAT ID where provided, calculate tax where enabled, create receipts or invoices, store payment and customer records in Stripe Dashboard, and prevent fraud. Stripe may process payment details, billing details, transaction identifiers, tax details, and fraud-prevention data according to its own terms. Stripe Link may be offered by Stripe as an optional faster checkout feature. If you choose to save your information for faster payment, Stripe may store your contact, payment, and billing details for future Stripe/Link payments according to Stripe's own terms.

Smartlook is used only after you accept analytics cookies. Smartlook may process website interaction data such as clicks, navigation, device/browser information, and session behavior so we can improve the website. More information is available in the Smartlook Privacy Policy and Smartlook Data Processing Agreement.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies or local storage may be used to remember your cookie preference and support the website or payment flow. These are necessary for the website to function correctly.

Analytics tracking is optional. It includes Smartlook and our local website statistics for visits and selected button clicks. It starts only after you select Accept analytics or enable analytics in Customize. You can reject it by selecting Necessary only.

Data retention

Website technical logs and local website statistics are kept only for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and website operation.

Order, payment, invoice, billing, and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Support communication is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and protect our legitimate interests.

Smartlook analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Smartlook account and is processed only if you consent to analytics.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms are used by the relevant provider.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time by changing your cookie preferences.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data on this website for automated decision-making that would produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.
